Sensitivity Leadership, 敏感领导!

明天一早,我就会去参加一项4天3也的敏感领导课程,由著名的陈怡安教授特地从台湾飞来教导!此课程只招收20为学员。

您真正在享受身为领导者的快乐吗?您清楚领导的目的是什么?
人们追随您的真正原因何在?您敢将您展现在外的领导风格与内心的自我价值结合,
展现高敏感的领导风范吗?..........

我认为,领导者应该要不断的自我提升,提升内在的智慧,才能有效的将组织带向另一个高峰!
领导者要先懂得懂得替自己‘换心’,组织才能不断‘焕新’你认同吗?

I will be attending a sensitivity leadership training from tomorrow onwards for 4 days 3 night. This sensitivity leadership training will be taught by Taiwan professor Chen, he only accepts 20 students per class.

Do you enjoy becoming a leader? Are you clear of your leadership purpose?
What are the reasons for people to follow you? Are you a sensitive leader?

To me, I believe that a leader must keep upgrading ourself before we can lead our organization to the next peak! Do you agree?
