领导。。。

Leadership is not about managing your subordinates, but it's about motivating them to manage themself!

Yes, I don't agree of managing your employee or subordinates, this will reduces their creativity idea contributing to the company!

I believe that everybody's initial goals were all positive, e.g. when we first step into a university, which of those students do not have a 'positive' hope or intention of their future?

A parents or an employer should not manage their children / employee, but to motivate them to manage themself, do you agree with this?

领导不是将部署放在‘被管’的角色,而是恰恰要启发他自己管理自己!

是的,我认为领导不应该是把部署放在被管的角色,因为这样只会让整家公司失去了创意力!

我始终相信每个人的最初目标都是好的,正面的!就比如说,当我们一踏入小学一年级的时候,有哪一个学生不是希望自己UPSR考获全科优等的?当我们一踏入大学的时候,有哪一个人不是对自己的未来充满着幢景的?

一个父母,或者一个上司所应该扮演的角色不是管理他们的孩子,或者部署,而是应该要启发他们自己管理自己,只有这样才是上上策呀!你认同吗?

    鼓励及给与适当"激励"才是一个很好推动力!

  5. 是啊!就像老师的角色也一样,在课堂上只属FASILITATOR的角色,带领学生学会学习,独立学习...教师不是学习的主导,学生才是^0^

  16. Hi, very motivating message indeed! I have been thinking on the lines of healthcare and larger health concerns for quite some time now. It's been a tough time. Lots of my friends and colleagues have had several medical concerns over the past two weeks.
    Thanks to sites like- http://www.facebook.com/pages/medeguide/74918673230 some relief seems to be round the corner. You guys are right; motivation definitely comes with constant compliments and encouragement. I think sites like these really help in the same direction.
